Can I use the logo and graphics from my purchased auction template on my web site and my About Me page?
No. All Html and graphics are property of OneSpringStreet and may only be used for the purpose in which they were sold. If you have purchased a template, the graphics and html may only be used for that auction template. Logos are non transferable to other areas of eBay and may not be used anywhere else on the web. You may purchase the "right to use" your logo on your store page or about me page. Or you may purchase another template to use on those pages. All template graphics and html are not to be used on any website unless the "rights to use" have been purchased for that intended use.
Can I have a template designed for my store or my about me page to match the template I have purchased?
Yes of course. Each page would need to be purchased separately, unless purchased in an auction that includes both or all three. With each of these pages you may have the description, shipping, payment ect. Tabs changed to specifications.
How long does it take to get my template?
This all depends on how quickly you receive and answer my emails. When I receive either your payment notification from PayPal or the email that your template is purchase from EBay, I will send you a form I will need you to fill out. Once I receive it, I begin work on your logo. I will then send you a sample of your logo to preview and confirm. After confirmation, I can then send your template and your directions. ***Please remember that it is very important that I have the correct email address to send your template and emails to. If you reply from two different email address' it can be confusing as to which one to send your email to and I will need to write you to make sure-then I need to wait for an answer. I have also encountered that some people have not updated their email address' with PayPal, so sometimes when I reply to you from a PayPal Payment, my email will be sent back as undeliverable or will go to another email address that may not be checked as often. ***If you have two different EBay id's and you write me from one, but purchased from the other, I am unsure which name to put on your logo-so I will need to write you and wait for an answer. ***If you have not responded to the sample logo, I am cannot be sure that you approve of it. So I need to wait until I hear from you before I can send your template.
I am not getting any emails from you.
When you purchase a template from OneSpringStreet, my email address will be on the payment form from PayPal. Please put my email address into your address book so that my emails to you will not be diverted into your bulk/spam folder. If you forget to put my email address into your address book, you will be instructed to so when your information form is sent to you. Putting my email address into your address book is very important. Your sample logo comes in picture form and most servers will not allow it to come through unless it's from someone you know. By putting my email address into your address book will tell your computer that my email is from a "known and accepted" source. Therefore allowing your preview to come through without problems.
I've never used a template before, can you help me.
Of course. Many many moons ago, I had to figure this all out by myself. It was crazy and took me days on end just to learn a code I consider a simple task today. I don't feel that anyone else should have to go through all of that. If you've never used a template before, then the directions I send you will help you along. When I wrote them, I made sure that every click of the mouse is covered. It is important that you know how to copy and paste and that in its self makes the template very easy to use. Always remember, as my sister tells me, when you first try something new, it always seems hard, but the more you do it, the easier it gets. And if ever you run in to a problem, just email me for help. I will be by your side every step of the way if ever you need me!
How many pictures can I put in one auction?
When listing directly with EBay, you can insert as many as you wish! There is no limit on the amount of pictures you can put in your auction, because you are using a template, you will not pay any extra fees to do so through eBay. Please note that if you have asked me to format your template for an auction host, such as Sellers Sourcebook, Auctiva, Sparedollar, Ink Frog and many more, that you will be limited to the amount of images that that host allows. Please see your auction hosts specifications for the amount as each is different.
What if I want to change the font or color of the text?
Typically my auctions come as you see them advertised. However, if you would like a change, you will need to let me know while I am in the process of creating your template. In other words, please let me know right away so that I can make those changes before you receive your final template. Please know that changes in the template itself take time, and therefore can delay the delivery time of your finished template. So please allow extra time to do so.
Are the images in my template hosted by OneSpringStreet?
Yes, all of the graphics are copyrighted and hosted by me. You will never have to download them yourself. I have already hosted them on my paid site. And they will be hosted there forever.
I want to use the template I purchased on my web site, can I do that, I will promise not to remove the OneSpringStreet tag at the bottom.
No, I am so sorry, if you would like a template to use on your web site, you will need to purchase one slated for that use. All of my html and graphics are copyrighted, including your logo. The templates I sell here on EBay are to be used for your personal auctions unless otherwise noted. To use a template purchased for an auction on your website without written consent is in violation of the terms of the auction.
How do I get a FREE template?
Often I offer free templates to customers who enjoy the work I do and would like to purchase more than one. Depending on how you are purchasing them, whether they are through EBay or directly, will determine how many you need to purchase to pick one out for free. If you would like your purchase included into one of these options, please just email me for details.
Do I need to purchase all of my templates at the same time to receive one for Free?
No, I number your templates as they are sent to you. This way you and I both know how many have been purchased so far. You can make another purchase a year from now and it will still be counted with your previous templates. It is recommended that when you have one more purchase to make, that you should pick out your Free template at that time so both can be delivered at the same time. EBay store pages and about me pages can be counted as long as the purchases are within the same time frame. Store and about me pages cannot be used as your Free template.
I emailed you two hours ago, how come I haven't heard from you yet?
Please understand that I receive approximately 100 emails a day. Each and every question is extremely important to me to answer as efficiently as I possibly can. I do my very best to reply or acknowledge any and all emails within a reasonable amount of time. Please know that if you email me at 2 am (my time-EST) I am probably sound asleep. During the week in the afternoon, I have a 2nd grader who requires my attention. If you do not receive an email right away, this may be the reason why. Just as soon as I return to my email, yours will be answered just as soon as I can possibly read it.
It's Saturday and I emailed you....
On Saturday and Sunday, if you do not hear from me it is because I am with my family and unable to get back to my computer. I am sure you can understand this. I try very hard not to let a weekend-day go by that I am not working. If I can sneak on to my computer on a Saturday or Sunday, you will be sure to hear from me. Please know that what I do has become pretty much full-time job and I strive to keep my customer service top notch. On the weekends you are just as important to me as on the weekdays, however on the weekends, my response time may be delayed a little.
Why do I see your website change its design so often?
When you see my website changed again and again, it is because I sell the design being featured, that you see today. Once it is sold, I rush to get another one up for myself, while the one that was showing is enjoying a new home. I do this because it's always nice to see a design and navigate through a website with working links. It gives my customers a better feel as to whether the design is a good fit for their specifications.
